by mixing a flurry of flash and dazzle with enough striking substrate variations
to appease even the most discriminating parallel enthusiasts.
Of course, delivering a stacked checklist of autographs that is rare but rewarding has also
helped the Panini Revolution brand gain serious traction.
So as Panini America officials prepare the third annual edition of Panini Revolution, it are those key band tenets that promise
to carry the product once again.
Set to arrive in hobby shops across North America in late December, each hobby box of 2017-18 Panini Revolution
(five cards per pack, eight packs per box, eight boxes per inner case, two inner cases per master case)
will deliver, on average, four Rookie Cards, two inserts and eight parallels.
Each master case will deliver, on average, six on-card autographs from a star-studded checklist that includes
Kevin Durant, Damian Lillard, Dirk Nowitzki, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal and more.

Look for colorful inserts and unique die-cuts with such chases as Liftoff, Showstoppers and Vortex.
Every parallel tier of these sets is printed on unique foil board with plenty of stamped foil highlights.

with the fanciful base and inserts forming the bulk of the collection.
While autographs do not come in each box, they do average three per inner inner case (eight boxes)
or six per master case (16 boxes).
This is an increase from the 2016-17 set that featured four autographs per master case.
2017-18 Panini Revolution Base / Inserts
2017-18 Panini Revolution has a few insert sets that take the vivid designs even further:
Showstopper, Vortex and the die-cut Liftoff.
Each of these has parallels that match the main set.
To say that the 2017-18 Panini Revolution base set is noticeable would be an understatement.
Taking a page from the ’90s, it’s bright, patterned and distinct. Rookies are found every other pack.
Parallels combine to land one per pack and include more patterns.
Astro, Groove, Fractal and Impact kick things off.
Numbered versions come in Cosmic (/100), Sunburst (/75), Cubic (/50) and Lava (/10).
Displaying a foil finish and multiple designs, the 2017-18 Panini Revolution base set is anything but basic.
Rookie cards average 1:2 packs, and the entire set is treated to imaginative parallels like Astro, Groove, Fractal,
Impact, Cosmic (#/100), Sunburst (#/75), Cubic (#/50), and Lava (#/10).
Box basics : At least six on-card autographs per case (16 boxes per case via two inners)
What’s buzz-worthy: Panini raises the ink volume once again with three signed cards per inner case (last year was two)
while continuing with the unique and intense patterns found in this one.
The Basics : There will be eight five-card packs per box in this one with four rookies,
two inserts and eight parallels per box.
All base cards and inserts will have Galactic parallels (one seen above) with Cosmic (/100), Sunburst (/75), Cubic (/50)
and Lava (/10) in the mix. Unnumbered parallels will include Astro, Groove, Fractal and Impact.
Rookie autographs will include Lonzo Ball, Markelle Fultz and De’Aaron Fox among others, while veteran
and retired ink here will include Kevin Durant, Damian Lillard, Dirk Nowitzki, Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal to name a few.
All autographs will have Cubic (/50) and 1/1 Kaleido parallels.

Boxes once again carry a suggested retail price of $64 ($8 per pack).
The 2017-18 Panini Revolution checklist also includes several inserts that come 1:4 packs overall.
Showstoppers is back with an updated foilboard design.
New this year is Vortex and the die-cut Liftoff! set for the high flyers in the league.
Inserts feature the same parallels noted for the base cards,
and all the parallels combine to fall one per pack.
2017-18 Panini Revolution Autographs
It’s not just the wild designs that take Revolution back to the ’90s.
Save for a couple of exceptions, the decade was a time when autographs were part
of the chase but there were no guarantees at the box level.
Rookie signers include Lonzo Ball and De’Aaron Fox.
On the veteran and retired side there’s Damian Lillard, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant
and Dirk Nowitzki among the headliners.
Each 2017-18 Panini Revolution case has 16 boxes.
Within those boxes are six autograph cards.
Autographs and Rookie Autographs come signed on-card.
Like the base set, there are parallels: Cubic (/50) and Kaleido (1/1).
At three per eight-box case, the 2017-18 Revolution NBA autographs are not exactly easy
to uncover, but they are also not incredibly rare.
Promising "one of the strongest on-card autograph lists for veteran and rookie players alike," the lineup includes the main Autographs
for top NBA names, and Rookie Autographs for the first-year stars such as Lonzo Ball.
The hard-signed cards also have Cubic (#/50), and Kaleido (1/1) versions
